This body fires pink-brown at Cone 06 and a little darker at Cone 04. This smooth, slightly sticky body is for handbuilding and throwing and accepts commercial low-fire glazes. It is used extensively when plasticity must be retained over a long working period as in children’s or seniors’ programs. PHB with grog contains 5% of 30-80 mesh grog and is used for larger pieces.
